Behavior Task Force & ODRs
Welcome to our district's Behavior Task Force page, led by our MTSS District Coordinator alongside School Site Administrators, MTSS Site Leads (including teachers, counselors, TOSAs, etc.), and other school staff. Together, we have simplified Office Discipline Referrals (ODRs) and launched a Districtwide Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) initiative to foster a supportive learning environment. Through data-driven strategies, ongoing professional development, and strong community engagement, we are committed to enhancing student success by promoting positive behaviors and academic achievement across our schools. Join us in creating a culture where every student can thrive!

Simplifying 'Office Discipline Referrals' (ODRs)
In collaboration with our Student Behavior & Support Committee (est. 5/9/23) and our Behavior Task Force (est. 6/1/23), we have begun to narrow-down our Office Discipline Referrals (ODRs). We have brought the number down from 58 overlapping referral titles, to only 7 MINOR and 7 MAJOR referral options that are clearly defined below. This information is still tentative as we continue to collaborate with our school partners, teachers, and administrators throughout our PBIS Roll-Out and Data-Reflections.
